PAPAGAYO RESERVE, is a housing and commercial project, developed by AGRO FORESTAL ROCHA S.A. ecological group, owners and investors of the development.
The master project consist of 24-hectareas that will be developed in two phases, when completely built out, it will be home of retail, office, civic and over 100 residential units.
First phase will consist housing and commercial lots, subdivided in 40 agriculture  parcels of 5000m²(53,820 sq ft) with restricted access and 14 commercial lots of 1000m²(10,764 sq ft) located infront of the main street.
The second and subsecuent phases equally for housing will be on sale very soon.

Concept

Ecological properties grew out of ecological principles of traditional and sustainable property farming, fostering respect for mother nature. The project is to be found on the vast plain of the dry tropic of the pacific Guanacaste, region near mega tourist projects, nature reserve parks, Costa Rica's premier white sand beaches, exquisite volcanoes lookout point and seductive Guanacaste mountains, in addition of the dry tropical forest and rich wildlife habitats typical the region has to offer.
